In my neck of the woods, we frequently see multi-use single family homes (i.e 4-5 adults living in a single family home in a residential area neighborhood.) The problem with this is parking of the vehicles of these adults. There's not enough space on the lot for 4-5 cars. I'm assuming in Oregon this isn't a problem? From the article, it sounds like most people there are for it.
