    I was just at the Dana Thomas house in Springfield IL a few weeks ago. Had never been to a FLW house before and it was beautiful. 17 different levels, definitely set up for gatherings. Main entrance had a place servants could see who was coming/going so they could collect their coats. Other side had a room that could be closed off but accessible from outside so small meetings could take place. Several small passages so servants could travel from one section to another unseen.

    Everything was beautiful, I would have been honored to live in it.
