I picked up an Autoject 2 for when I need to use injections, works practically the same, allows for any needle type. Of course, not the same as an Epipen (emergency style injections), but for $40 (on Amazon) it's great if you have a problem with doing injections yourself - supports any fixed syringe style. Highly recommend it.
