The world has just experienced the hottest summer on record -- by a significant margin

I'm curious what percentage of the "extra" heat this year is caused by man-made global warming, El Niño, the Tonga volcano, and the increasing solar output from the sun's increasing cycle. I imagine that global warming is the biggest chunk, but it would be interesting to see a scientific breakdown.
