    I like articles like these, but they also make me feel incredibly sad and fatalistic.

      I'm trying to move towards zero-waste also, and though I honestly find these articles really sad, I think it's really important for everyone not to buy into the insane amount of green-washing.

      My goal is never to harp on anyone about their life choices, though I know I can be blunt, but I would like people to be honest about their consumption. Saying "well, it's recyclable" just doesn't mean anything when we know so little is recycled. And I know, I've been guild of that.
