      I'm pretty convinced that the air quality near me has intensified my allergies. I grew up in Vermont and lived in western Massachusetts for a while where the air quality is pretty good but since moving into a more polluted area in New York my allergies went from barely noticeable to very bad.

        There is scientific evidence to suggest what you're saying is true. I myself live in the NJ/NY area and make use of the app I linked above to plan my outdoor activities.

        I know my allergies and asthma is definitely worst for it. We had a boom while I was away at university and came back to never ending construction, and both have been significantly worst for me.

      That's pretty neat, thanks for posting. Pollution is a bit higher than I expected for my city, guess we just get use to it over time... :(
