I rarely see recycling bins on the street, and so people usually bin plastic in regular bins. Judging from that I find it hard to believe 90% of plastic will be recycled by 2025. But I could be completely wrong – I’m not an expert, these are just observations I made.

I honestly don't think it's ambitious at all for 2025, after all, we've only been taught to recycle for the last 30+ years. It's honestly a little sad that we basically have a whole new generation...

It's honestly a little sad that we basically have a whole new generation (talking about my generation that grew up with Captain Planet and the three Rs) all grown up with the same bad habits.

In Denmark you can choose to get your money or donate. Two buttons. 90% of all bottles (plastic/glass) and cans are recycled.

I didn't find nice plastic recycling chart/map, but here is recycling of packaging waste.
