Two straight up criminals who might actually believe they aren't, just having the audacity to be this blatant and prove that so many people who are supposed to be verifying and checking things, just aren't.
I get that handshakes and napkin agreements make the world run, but it used to be at some point long before BILLIONS OF DOLLARS you had to prove the math and show you weren't a house of cards. These days with enough money and connections you can just lie through your teeth and they'll rubber stamp anything.
