    Do folks have any idea how to effectively lobby for better enforcement of our laws or to how to hold these companies accountable?

      Maybe buy a share and ask awkward questions during the AGM.

      Well, I've read over the court order:

      IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant must create certain records for 10 years after entry of the Order, and retain each such record for 5 years. Specifically, Defendant must create and retain the following records:

      C. records of all consumer complaints and refund requests concerning the subject matter of this Order, whether received directly or indirectly, such as through a third party, and any response;

      So I've sent a complaint through their support form about every single I Can't Believe It's Not Spam that they've sent me. Basically a manual mail merge with the email type & date.

      Only took me 15 minutes and hopefully this means they need to spend a few hundred dollars on my behalf to respond to and record my complaints. ROI of let's say $1000/hr.

      FTC: this compares favorably to the ROI on your fines. I am available for hire.
