    Progress, but not great. I'm in favor of that rate for multiples being >3 rather than >6. Perhaps even >2. Living in multiple properties enough to justify having them as a need is always a stretch.

      Yeah, I agree, especially since the cutoff is 6 of more, "within the same building or in more than one building on the same plot".
