I'm cynically amused when an article tries to pin nearly anything down to a singular cause/effect, purporting as some sort of essay defining a reason, yet ends up being a canard assigning blame.
The inclination among humans to boil things down to one cause is so pervasive. Maybe it's the 'get clicks' push, idk. But for my part, problems tend to be more complicated than a singular origin can sufficiently attribute.

Every election I've voted in has always fallen to which candidate I dislike the least more than which candidate I like the most.
I've heard people say they don't like this or that about a particular candidate, and I have to reply that I've yet to have the privilege of voting for someone I 100% agreed with. It isn't always pretty, but it is still a choice. Not voting is often a boycott tactic adopted by jaded individuals who fail to recognize that not voting is more of a choice for a candidate they would not have selected than one they would have.
I encourage all eligible voters to register and vote, and to not let perfect be the enemy of good.

As if we spin a wheel and mate, or perhaps we just expel our spores into the air to mix with other spores.

The graphics are pretty inpressive, and the pinch zoom to better watch the action is surprisingly detailed. It's not pay-to-win, and no ads. They release their season packs, but that's just the usual cosmetic customization fodder.

I know there are other brands that may be serviceable and a decent replacement, but for home improvement hand tools, Klein is the first brand I think of. I've had Klein screwdrivers and side-cutting pliers for so long that I am amazed at how well they've held up. For durability and reliability, I trust that brand above any other for a household/home improvement tool. The lone exception being hammers, where nothing beats an Estwing. Automotive tools are another story I wont bother to delve into. For power tools, Dewalt and Black and Decker are fine brands, and in many instances a less reputable power tool, such as Bosch or Ryobi, will often suffice, but my fave for power-tool brand is Milwaukee.
As for what you need, The list is great, but the brands are omitted. Hence, my answer.

Yoinked the first car I saw stopped at a light. No cops saw me, so no stars. Went for a drive for a cursory explore. Got to the north east of LS where all the interchanges are just SW of the casino and wanted to get on the interstate. For some reason I was trying really hard not to damage the car, and had yet to. A box truck slowly started a left turn in front of me, so I stopped just short of hitting it, but blocked his path. So we both sat there not moving for about 15s. So I barely tap my horn. Just one short honk, and the box truck driver immediately hopped out of the truck, shovel in hand, and started wailing on my car. I just sat there and laughed. Then he ripped me out of my car, got in it, backed up to avoid the truck whilst driving over me, who was still on the ground lmao, and left me wasted in the street. I'd been playing maybe 5m.

Although increasingly rare, I love auxiliary storage in an SD slot (a 256GB card is like $25 now), and the forked OS they offer could be a boon to buyers who want a little more privacy, although where/how one browses, the apps they use, etc., still compromises that.
Only working on GSM (and they suggest only TMobile) is a bit of a narrow market, though, and it might be hard to get traction to sustain a franchise. I doubt Fairphone could keep one supplied sufficiently if they did establish, but I really like the Fairphone mission.

I used brackets for the text, and parenthesis for the link, for example, brackets but it shows up in the comment without the link inserted, and instead it still shows what I literally type. And upon previewing this comment, it still did not due what the formatting help says it will do.
I'd love anyone to instruct me about whatever error(s) I'm making.
edit: I took the space between the two components out, as suggested by the reply beneath (Thank you!), and it made the link correct. So the format needs to be [text]no space(link) but in every instruction I'm reading it appears to me like [text]space(link), even on the instructions in this post.

This interpretation of your prompt makes me think about the music I love to listen to while cycling. Such as Nocturnal, or Quinn and Valor.
Lots of songs have several highs and lows throughout, seemingly building to higher and higher crescendos as they progress, such as Rhapsody in Blue.
But it sounds like you may also be looking for something that ends rather abruptly. Such as I Want More, but it may not build from low enough to justify the prompt.
But for me, your prompt has ultimately left me with some song in my collection that I just cant find in my memory at the moment. It ends so abrupt that you're rather shocked that was the end, and yet, it's such a fitting end. I even went through my recently listened to see if I could find it, because it's escaping me at the moment. This is one of those things that in the next several days it's going to reveal itself to me somehow and I'll suddenly exclaim "There it is!" And those near me in the moment will either completely ignore me, or inquire what I'm on about. Still, I'm grateful that you've planted this seed. Thanks for that.

I believe voter apathy has contributed to, or outright caused, the current situation. And while recent elections seem to reflect that voter apathy may be on the decline, a reduction must continue, especially among the <35 demo. Complacency and/or a return to apathy would be unfortunate. -

Soma is amazing. And if you ever need holiday music, their array of holiday stations are on another level.
I'd been married <5 years and I was doing an inspection on a house for an energy company. It was occupied by an elderly fellow and his wife, who was in hospice, unresponsive and relegated to a bed as she waned away in her final days. For all the trouble it stirred in my heart, this old fellow patiently doting on his bedridden spouse was emblematic of true love. He expressed his grief with a stoic air, that if the roles were reversed he would hope he had the same love behind his care. It was sort of like Pippin when he finds Merry after the big battle in front of Gondor.
I cannot recall how many years he'd said they were married, but I'm fairly certain it was more than 50. I asked him what he thought was essential to an enduring marriage. With a wise nod, he said "patience, tolerance, and compromise."
I'll be the first to say love also helps, but now that I've been in that same marriage all this time, all I can say is he was right, because when anger flares and the love gets cast to the wayside in that heated moment, what he specified needs to be present in order for love to endure.
