    I anticipate Congress and Trump would conjure up a trade tariff bailout for these areas that are getting hit so they dont lose support either in this election cycle or 2020 when Trump's re-election comes around.

    That way they can say they are tough on getting fair trade while saying whoever doesn't support the corporate welfare is anti-american.
