    I always thought it would be really cool to build a food truck with the same philosophy as Tiny House building. When building Tiny Houses most builders will only use top of the line materials because of the small scale

    You can easily splurge for the tile that costs $100 a square foot when you only need four square feet, or the hand forged copper countertop that only needs to be three feet long.

    I have worked in the restaurant industry off and on for about a decade, a "high end" food truck (a contradiction I know) is something I have always wanted to do.
