this is a somewhat interesting article on the good gospel of why we should all eat more tamales with an... equally "interesting" ([Dia de los Muertos] went from a foreign holiday to the central theme of an Academy Award-winning Pixar movie—and once something is mentioned in the same breath as Disney, it’s officially a mainstream holiday.) way of phrasing things, to say the least. admittedly, i'm not sure i'd compare how the early aztecs liked to make tamales to a hipster cookbook, but to each their own, i suppose.
