How will restaurants survive a Covid-19 winter?

    There should only be two options:

    • Delivery/Take-out only
    • Shutting down indefinitely

    Even outdoor seating is too risky given how badly things are going still.

    I understand how much this sucks for the small restaurants. So rent/debt/utility payments should be stopped. And all of the staff furloughed, and paid a living unemployment wage accordingly. This will allow them to spin up again when it is safe to do so.

    This pattern should be repeated across the USA (and any other country where COVID is still running rampant), for every single non-essential service and good.
