Saw the vid two days ago. Was a really good watch, coming from someone who used to be part of ScoreHero many years ago and being floored at the skill gap required to even 5-star some of Guitar Hero 3's tracks on Expert.
What surprises me is that people weren't more skeptical towards prodigies coming out of nowhere and FCing songs like or harder than Through The Fire And Flames at 125% or even 150% speed. I know the skill required to do it and it's something astronomically outside of my capabilities as a gamer, even when I was actively playing Guitar Hero as a teen.
I used to think of Jobst as the de facto face of Goldeneye speedrunning simply because many turned to him after RWhiteGoose was purged for his neo-nazism. But he's really come out as one of those rare speedrunning variety content creators who actually does legitimate background research into the topics he's covering. Still funny to see the hate he got from the Minecraft community for covering the Dream scandal when he probably did more research on how speedruns in that game worked than any other content creator who jumped on that bandwagon.
