A new patch is out for BG3 that I think is worthy of a post. The big addition is that there is now an epilogue/party scene set 6 months after the game ends. Personally, the epilogue added a lot of closure for me (there's a lot of new dialogue to see what your companions have been up to) and made the ending a hundred times better, so I felt like alerting you good folks about it :)
Spoilers for the epilogue
In my game's ending, Wyll, Karlach (who I'm in a relationship with), and myself went to Avernus. We do get to show up to the party and talk about Avernus, as well as the player finding out that the Avernus crew found blueprints to fix Karlach's heart to give her some hope for the future! So the next plan (after the party) for Wyll, Karlach, and the player character is to use those blueprints to fix up Karlach. It's an ending that feels 100 times better than the original ending for you Karlach lovers, IMO.
