This episode was good. Knuckles's personality really shined in this episode, and we finally get to see Ray return, probably to connect to Sonic Mania Plus's story. Also, Metal Sonic at the post-credits scene.
It's surprising, and sad, that a group of fans can do better character personalities, and reasons why Knuckles is mad at Sonic, than the actual Sonic Team themselves.
