Really excited about this announcement. Any fans of the King’s Field series, or similarly styled games like Lunacid, should absolutely be checking this one out. I’ve played all of the original KF titles (as well as a few adjacent entries like Shadow Tower: Abyss) and the demo for this game feels like an excellent spiritual successor to those titles with all of the QoL improvements you’d expect from a game 20+ years newer than FromSoftware’s last entry.
This is absolute pedantry on my part, but man... Rockwell is not a good font choice for this game. Looks cool though, it's one of the better implementations of the boomershooter/ps1 art style.
