I'll play it just because I'm dying for a decent RPG, but it's not an open world. I suspect this will be more akin to Deus Ex (fairly narrow zones, moving from one to the next) as far as the scope of the game than anything Bethesda has put out. They've been royally fucking up for several years now, but give them their due - they make pretty great open worlds.
Watching gameplay and the trailer it looks a ton like FONV and borderlands mixed so I'm pretty excited. It's really a breath of fresh air honestly to have a game that's just a really good rpg and...

This and cyberpunk are the only games I'm excited for right now and that's kind of sad.
Yeah aside from a few XCOM-like games coming out soon, this and Cyberpunk are the main upcoming games I'm excited for as well. It's fine with me, honestly; I still have a backlog hundreds of games...
