    On first glance, the headline sounded ridiculous. But, the resolution seems completely reasonable and (in hindsight) like something they should have had a better solution to from the beginning.

    Is Niantic really responsible for people's behavior in public? I feel like the "Be courteous to others" popup is a waste of time - I don't think people are going to be more courteous than they were before because of it.

    Glad they're making an effort to stay off private property though. I have encountered plenty of stops that are behind locked gates - its annoying for me, and if people go ahead and climb over its annoying for the land owner too.
