I've played an hour or so of the new content and it seems like a solid update! The CIA operators play totally differently, it's a lot more about sneaking about in enemy territory and striking individual enemies. That said, they still have a lot of capacity for upping the violence with rocket launchers and machine guns.
A stand out moment was sneaking an under cover operative in to a building to find a VIP, then unleashing hell with a black ops guy armed with a machine gun and a bandolier of grenades and sneaking the under cover guy and VIP out the back door.

Reminds me of Xcom which I really enjoyed.
