    People in Nebraska keep downplaying this and it drives me insane. I did some math the other day and Nebraska has done the second-lowest testing per capita of any state in the bottom half by population. I'm waiting for the "see, we're past the worst of it!" takes in response to the number of new cases per day being flat in the last week, just because the amount of testing hasn't gone up nationwide.
