    Fascinating! I'm quite eager to see where developments in this field go, it's wild to me that it's still in it's infancy and that a mind-gut connection hadn't been looked into as deeply before....

    Fascinating! I'm quite eager to see where developments in this field go, it's wild to me that it's still in it's infancy and that a mind-gut connection hadn't been looked into as deeply before.

    Anecdotal; but I can definitely tell a marked improvement in mood/stress levels in my own life after regularly eating foods with probiotics and increasing my own fiber intake but I wouldn't be surprised if I was simply placebo-ing myself.
