    A few weeks ago I tried doing push ups and could only do about 3 at once. No big deal, I thought. I would just slowly work my way up. So I did 4 sets of just 2 push ups with ~90 seconds rest in between.

    The next day my wrists were pretty sore. I wasn't really surprised. I would wait a few days to recover before doing more.

    Well, it's been about 3 weeks now and I still have pain in my wrists. I think its something to do with my carpal tunnel, as it gets worse when I sleep. If I sleep on my back it doesn't feel quite as bad, but then my sciatica is worse. I'm feeling pretty frustrated dealing with all this pain. It's like I just can't win.

    I should have started with inclined pushups to put less weight on my wrists, and worked my way up. I just didn't have a bench or anything that would work well, so I thought I would just start with a lower amount of regular push ups and work my way up slowly.
