    I am so happy with my fitness progress. I have been using myfitnesspal to count calories to try to curb my obsessive snacking habit, and it's been working! I still have days where I overeat...

    I am so happy with my fitness progress. I have been using myfitnesspal to count calories to try to curb my obsessive snacking habit, and it's been working! I still have days where I overeat sometimes, but much much less of them. Slowly making progress towards a better version of myself that I'm more happy with.

    The bike campout I mentioned actually went really well! It was hard, but I managed okay, and I rewarded myself with a Cook Out Oreo milkshake when I got home. Doing big rides like that always...

    The bike campout I mentioned actually went really well! It was hard, but I managed okay, and I rewarded myself with a Cook Out Oreo milkshake when I got home. Doing big rides like that always sparks my thirst for more cycling, so I've been riding to the coworking office this week for half days. I also rode out to the community garden to volunteer last night. Granted, the rides during the week have been on the e-bike, but still!

    I've also been better about practicing yoga daily for at least 15 minutes. So far in August, I've only missed two days (while we were camping).
