Fitness Weekly Discussion
What have you been doing lately for your own fitness? Try out any new programs or exercises? Have any questions for others about your training? Want to vent about poor behavior in the gym? Started a new diet or have a new recipe you want to share? Anything else health and wellness related?
We were snowed in for a few days over Christmas, and we had a lot of food since we were expecting guests who had to cancel. So, I ate an insane amount of food, but I also did 1-3 hours of shovelling everyday for like four days straight. I also did a lot of yoga and stretching to keep my back from tightening up and getting sore.
I started feeling stir crazy, so I've been doing a ton of walking over the past few days and it's felt great.
