Fitness Weekly Discussion
What have you been doing lately for your own fitness? Try out any new programs or exercises? Have any questions for others about your training? Want to vent about poor behavior in the gym? Started a new diet or have a new recipe you want to share? Anything else health and wellness related?
All the ice melted off the roads last week, so I got a couple runs in. It felt amazing.
Then I came down with COVID on Thursday and have been riding that out through the weekend. Feeling a lot better today and managed to do another easy paced run today.
It looks like the winter weather is coming back, but I'm grateful to have gotten some runs in for February. It also gives me a good idea of where I'm at, as I get ready to start training on a regular schedule soon enough.
