Fitness Weekly Discussion
What have you been doing lately for your own fitness? Try out any new programs or exercises? Have any questions for others about your training? Want to vent about poor behavior in the gym? Started a new diet or have a new recipe you want to share? Anything else health and wellness related?
I have started doing yoga again at home a couple of times a week. It is something I did quite often a few years ago, but somehow I lost that good habit when kids happened. It is just some 20-30 minutes of vinyasa, but I always feel great afterwards. It isn't exactly a hard cardio workout, but it does get the heartrate up quite a bit and some poses are quite challenging. Not that it is working miracles, but I do feel a little less stiff in the joints in the mornings.
