There needs to be a corporate death penalty. When they pull this shit there needs to be a means to take it into receivership, replacement all the C suite/management (toss their asses in jail), remove the ownership/stockholders and nationalize the entity until further decisions about the future of the org can be made.
I'm sick of teams of high priced attorneys and their bought off politicians allowing this country and it's people to be repeatedly raped by corporate america.
This was done after the savings and loan crisis last century. We need to bring these penalties back, including jail sentences for executives.
