Fitness Weekly Discussion
What have you been doing lately for your own fitness? Try out any new programs or exercises? Have any questions for others about your training? Want to vent about poor behavior in the gym? Started a new diet or have a new recipe you want to share? Anything else health and wellness related?
I've been trying to become more consistent at getting to the gym and working on jogging. Lately ive been only getting to the gym twice a week and only a single 2km jog (just easing into it with some injury niggles)
Diet has dropped off but that's how my routines go. Not helped by doing night shift for the first time in 8 years but I think I'm seeing progress
I had a setback with my lower back a week ago and haven’t been able to do my 5 Tibetans yoga rutine until today and it’s been hard. I’ve been trouble free for half a year since beginning the rutine and it was really demotivating crashing again. But at least it seems like the recovery time is vastly better this time.
