    I’ve been slacking on my running, but I’ve kept up with my indoor cycling. Still getting a good 30 minutes a day of real exercise, even if it’s a walk with the dog(s). I finally hit my goal...

    I’ve been slacking on my running, but I’ve kept up with my indoor cycling. Still getting a good 30 minutes a day of real exercise, even if it’s a walk with the dog(s). I finally hit my goal weight, so I may try to pick up some strength work now that I’m not at a deficit. I have a barbell and lifting rack, but I also have dumbbells and Apple Fitness+. Not to mention Ring Fit for the Switch. Maybe I’ll mix in one/all of those things on my non-cardio days.
