    I've been riding indoors using Bkool for my smart trainer. It's pretty nifty - it keeps the boredom and monotony of stationary cycling at bay. I didn't realize there were so many different apps...

    I've been riding indoors using Bkool for my smart trainer. It's pretty nifty - it keeps the boredom and monotony of stationary cycling at bay. I didn't realize there were so many different apps for smart trainers...Bkool isn't perfect, but it's getting the job done for now. I may test out some other apps with free trials at some point just to get a better comparison.

    I walk everywhere and workout in front of my TV a few times a week for 15 to 30 mins. Also do some sport on the weekends. So far, so good.
