Fitness Weekly Discussion
What have you been doing lately for your own fitness? Try out any new programs or exercises? Have any questions for others about your training? Want to vent about poor behavior in the gym? Started a new diet or have a new recipe you want to share? Anything else health and wellness related?
I'm finally getting back into running! Ever since getting a VR headset and having the coice between Beatsaber or running I rarely went anymore. But for the last three weekends I managed to get my ass up and outside. I'm still struggling a bit - much slower than I used to and I've so far only ran the small routes, but I'm improving again!
I used to be able to run, but haven't in about 10 years - mostly from shin pain. Just the other day I got a new pair of running shoes and I'm going to give it a go again - find out if it was shitty shoes, bad form, or something I can't control.
