Fitness Weekly Discussion
What have you been doing lately for your own fitness? Try out any new programs or exercises? Have any questions for others about your training? Want to vent about poor behavior in the gym? Started a new diet or have a new recipe you want to share? Anything else health and wellness related?
I can ride my bike again! I went on rides both Tuesday and Wednesday. So happy to be back on it. My hand still isn’t 100%, but it’s good enough. I won’t be able to ride next week, as I’ll be out of town, but I am planning a trip up to the Virginia Capital Trail for Labor Day, so I can start training for that, which will be 50 miles for two days.
