    I'm finally back down to 250 (well, 250.4) lbs. Hopefully this continual trend of the past couple weeks continues!

    Diet

    Not great, but could be worse. I haven't been following things too diligently, but I also remember why I really enjoyed my supper as just a big bowl of spaghetti. It's really quite filling, but I don't get super bloated. Praise be to the bachelor diet.

    Fitness

    Still not back at the gym. Still haven't replaced my headlights. This week fingers crossed

    Body Aching

    My ankle has been really bothering me lately, more than usual. A lot of pain from within the joint. The gout's got me doing a big ouch. Currently taking an ibuprofen before bed to help it relax while I sleep, so hopefully that helps overall. I need to drink more water, at the very least.
