Fitness Weekly Discussion
What have you been doing lately for your own fitness? Try out any new programs or exercises? Have any questions for others about your training? Want to vent about poor behavior in the gym? Started a new diet or have a new recipe you want to share? Anything else health and wellness related?
Having to get myself back in the gym mindset after being sick for 2 weeks sucks. I was doing so well, then I get sick, so I'm obviously not gonna go. Been sleeping like shit, so now it's gonna take extra time to get my sleep schedule on track again too.
I will continue what I started though! This, I swear!
