I define "unknown" as I almost never see it recommended in reddit. And in this case it is a shame and also baffling. Their input is really impressive if you know that there are just two people...

Their input is really impressive if you know that there are just two people working on it: Red and Blue.
Overly sarcastic productions (OSP) delivers each week a video in more or less this schedule: short video on mythology (Red), video on history (Blue), long video on mythology (Red), again history (Blue) and then a video on tropes (Red). That last sort is called "Trope talks"
Now this shedule is not consistent, often you get two short videos on mythology after each other, or a history video between two Trope Talks.
And the videos of Red are animated by her. So it is also sort of an animation channel.

I prefer the videos of Red, but I am always impressed in how they manage to teach you subjects in a engaging manner that get often mangled in dry lectures.

They deserve some love. How often do you get a channel that delivers each week good content (sometimes even animated) by just two people?

    A few videos:

    Miscellaneous myths: Dionysius :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5brAr51ip_k
A recent one, Red tells about how the deceptively simple character of the Greek god of wine Dionysius got one of the most radical shifts through time. Your image of Dionysius will likely change.

Trope Talk: Save the world! :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tLhc-nGGlsM
Why are there so many worlds threatened in fiction, and why does it not always engage the reader succesfully? Basically, red handles the trope of the entire world in danger and questions if storytellers should use it.

History Summarized: The Athenian temple at Sounio :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5tUPywZbdME
Blue explains by the example of an building how Athene showed her domination over the other Greek states.

So if you are interested in history, mythology, tropes or just in tales at general, I recommend you give it a look.

Agreed! If I may ask, what was that mythology project?
