Here's another story on the discovery from Ars Technica, this one containing a little more information on the Book of the Dead (or "books", because there were many unique variations), and a little more on the Saqquara necropolis. Unfortunately, like the original linked article, this one also does not provide any information about dating the Waziri papyrus, presumably because it hasn't been dated yet. The article does say that one of the most famous copies of the Book of the Dead was dated to 1475 BCE, and that the Saqqara complex contains tombs dated to 4000 BCE.
