    I have been enjoying customer service stories from this youtube account. This is part of the "all the parts are played by the same person" genre. I love the way she laughs – it's a mixture of positivity and "can you believe this shit is really happening".

    Honestly, I think people should consume more of this kind of content so that they can have more empathy for retail workers and be better behaved.
