As a data vis specialist, this makes me happy. I don't really get to do a lot of infographics and other neat visualizations, so seeing what people come up with is inspiring and gives me ideas on how to sneak in best practice into much more boring visualizations.
Love this stuff. If I ever went back to journalism I'd want to work on this sort of thing.
