It really demonstrates the impracticality of a "sea to shining sea" border wall. The Rio Grande is one windy, wandering river, making a continuous wall nearly impossible for much of its length. I also hadn't realized that Trump waived 28 (!) environmental laws to allow construction of a mere seventeen miles of wall. It's amazing that something like that, which would normally be important news, is lost in the mayhem of this administration.
