Honest question though @brian, can that sort of outburst actually hurt his career in any official way? i.e. NY State Bar investigation/sanctions. In Canada ethics is taking pretty damn seriously and Lawyers have even been sanctioned/disciplined/denied license for being "not of good character" and "rude and disruptive". Those are not isolated cases either, the ethics review board of the Law Society of Upper Canada is not to be trifled with.
Probably won't hurt his license. State Bars generally only care about managing client finances and nothing else. I've seen attorneys with severe drug problems and attempted homicides practicing—but if you mismanage 5 dollars in your trust account there will be hell to pay.
Social justice seems to be the order of the day for him though. His reviews on yelp, google, etc. have taken a nose dive.
