I can never decide which title is the correct one when there's a difference between the <title> element and the text presented on-screen as the headline. I've very specifically chosen to include both here because I think they both are good—feel free to change this if someone disagrees.

The title in the body of the text is the one people are most likely to read. I think it makes sense to use it.
Conversely, because people will read the title in the body of the text regardless, you may as well use just
<title>as the post title instead.
