Aurora is one of my favorite artists these days... although I think her studio work is far less compelling than her live stuff. Her albums are just a bit too overproduced for my taste, but live she is absolutely magical. Bob Boilen from NPR put it best:

The first time I saw Aurora sing, it appeared so new to her that each note, and each hand gesture accompanying each note, seemed like a discovery and an adventure for the singer. She was 18 when I first saw her in New York City, and now the Norwegian singer is 19; take a look at this Tiny Desk Concert, and her sense of innocence and discovery still rings as true as ever.

My favorite of her live performances:
AURORA (Full Performance) | Stiegl Hidden Studio Sessions | Indie88 Toronto
Aurora: NPR Music Tiny Desk Concert
Aurora - Full Performance (Live on KEXP)
Wardruna feat. AURORA - Helvegen (live at TraenaFestival2017)

Thanks for these links, I'll make sure to check them. I don't know much of Aurora other than this song and her cover of "Life on mars" by Bowie, both of which give me shivers!
