I absolutely don't want to be rude, and I almost didn't leave a comment here. Please don't take any of this the wrong way. I know art and music are very subjective, and I realize that there is probably an audience for this.
That said, I have never understood noise music (I think that's the umbrella that this album would fit under, from the bits I listened to). I guess I'm glad people are experimenting with sound but this honestly just sound like a cat stepping on a keyboard that's been loaded with samples chosen at random.
I'm sure someone is going to reply with a comment about "deconstruction" or something but I really would love to understand better why an album like this gets made? I find it hard to imagine myself wanting to listen to it again.
Again, I really don't mean to be rude, I get that this kind of music isn't supposed to be consonant or pleasant to listen to, but I have a hard time understanding the thought process that goes into making an album like this and releasing it.
I'm sure there's something I'm missing, I'd love if somebody could enlighten me.
