I was surprised to hear the second singer use male pronouns throughout his verse. It's heartwarming that wide-release pop songs are now comfortable with including same-sex romantic themes--particularly between two men.
EDIT: I assumed this was new when I listened to it. I didn't realize it was actually from 2015. That's even more heartwarming.
