It's a fairly beautiful little portrait of one aspect of Prince, and a somewhat rare glimpse behind the scenes of this usually quite private individual.
Throughout his career, Prince kept tearing down and rebuilding his public image, always staying at least one step ahead of his fans, record companies and the listening public. Based on the article, his autobiography would have been yet another way to continue this exercise, revealing a little something and sharing his thoughts, while also building new mythologies around himself. I'm quite sad that this never came to be because of his untimely passing.
