I suppose I'm not much for actual tearjerkers. I would have included Peter Hammill's (On Tuesday She Used To Do) Yoga, and some Leonard Cohen songs (Famous Blue Raincoat comes to mind).

Bob Dylan's Don't Think Twice will always have a place on such list for me, but so will The Proclaimers' What Makes You Cry, and Cake's version to I Will Survive. Beautiful South's Don't Marry Her (Fuck Me) is a must, and Aerosmith's version to Cry Me A River is always worth a listen.
