Interesting coincidence, i think i just heard “life in one day” on s3e1 westworld. Which, incidentally, is currently free to watch for all ios users as far as i can tell.

I was looking to buy a copy of the sheet music for Howard Jones' "No One Is To Blame" the other day. (The original piano-only version - not the crappy Phil Collins produced radio version which is an abomination.) After going to a few websites that had what looked like it was mostly fan transcriptions, and which required me to create an account, I decided to just pirate it because it would get me what I was actually looking for without a bunch of bullshit. Searching for it, way down in the list of results was a link to his web page where he's posted the song books for his first 4 albums (the ones you've probably actually heard of) for free and DRM-free!
They're clearly scans of some of his fans' copies, as you see the occasional marking from a piano teacher in them. But this is so sensible. I can't imagine he'd make even a few hundred dollars a year off their sales, so why not just make them accessible to fans?

Oh cool! I haven't seen the new season. I really loved the renditions they did of popular music in the first 2 seasons. I'll have to check it out.
